We encourage you to call as soon as possible. Please have the name of your insurer and the policy number with you when you call.

To expedite your claim, we will ask for the following details:

  • The time, date and address where the claim incident occured
  • The names of all parties involved and descriptions of any damaged property
  • The names, addresses and phone numbers of any injured parties, passengers and witnesses
  • The insurer of the other party, policy number, registration and license numbers as well as any police report numbers
